The hardest truth was that I stayed emotionally reactive, resentful, and was living a life far below than what I knew was possible. I knew something had to change.
How the coaching begins
01
Introductory conversation
We talk about your goals, your challenges, and the life you envision creating for yourself.
02
Mutual fit
Growth requires commitment, trust, and honesty. So we want to make sure that we are the right fit for each other.
03
The promise
If we continue, you will sign a promise statement that states that this journey is YOUR responsibility. I am here to guide you, but I cannot do the work for you. Without the promise statement, we cannot move forward.
04
A realistic plan
We create a realistic plan with timelines.
05
The work begins
We start with mindset building, habit improvement, nutrition coaching, personal life coaching, motivational support, and movement resources where helpful.
06
Pit stops
We check how things are going, learn from failures, and pivot only after we try the original plan with sincere effort.
07
Independence
There is an expiration date to coaching. A good coach does not want you to depend on them forever—the goal is to help you build the skills, confidence, and awareness to fly on your own. Together, we will decide your final day of coaching and to continue your journey independently.
